Excelments provides an AI-powered service to convert bank statements and other documents into editable formats like Excel. We offer various tiers of service, including a free tier and paid subscription plans with additional features.

You are responsible for the documents you upload and for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the service. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Excelments and its licensors. You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not warrant that the results of the conversion will be 100% accurate or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal (Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2008), the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), and the Muluki Civil Code, 2074 (2017)), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
